Organization Guide

Keep personal records useful and easy to find

Records & Documents is a local organizer for information and files you choose to add—not a provider-hosted health-record service.

Create and organize records

Add a title, category, notes, dates, member label, expiry information, reminder settings, and supported attachments. Search, filtering, sorting, folders, and record detail actions help you find an item later.

Camera, photo, or file permissions are requested only when the related import action needs them. MedBud can import, crop, display, organize, export, or remind you about content; it does not interpret a document for diagnosis or treatment.

Expiry and record reminders

If a record has a relevant date, you can configure a local reminder. The date and schedule come from you. A reminder does not verify that a document is valid, renewed, reviewed by a professional, or accepted by an institution.

Encrypted local storage

Record and medicine data are stored in an encrypted local database. That protection does not replace device security: an unlocked, compromised, rooted, shared, or externally backed-up device can expose local information. App lock and biometric unlock add an access layer where available.

What the dashboard summarizes

The wellness dashboard brings together date-based calculator results and user-entered water, sleep, and routine summaries. Charts, averages, trends, goal counts, status colors, and consistency views are computed from saved entries. They do not independently measure your body, confirm that an action happened, or diagnose improvement or decline.

Record limits and full access

The available record capacity and record-reminder access can depend on the current free/full-version catalogue. If you reach a limit or select a locked action, MedBud can show the full-version screen. Existing data remains subject to the in-app controls and applicable purchase state.

Export before deleting important originals

Portable local export can include supported data and available attachment files. Google Drive backup currently includes attachment metadata but not attachment file bytes. Always inspect a backup and maintain an independent copy before deleting information you cannot afford to lose.
