Yes. Edit the “Me” profile in the app to update the defaults used by supported calculators. Changing a default does not rewrite results already saved in history.

Member profiles are local organizational labels for “Me” or people you choose to add. They are not accounts and do not give another person access. Use them to filter supported calculator results, routines, reminders, and records. Only add someone else's information when you have permission.

The searchable catalogue contains BMI, BMR, TDEE, ideal-weight equation, body-fat estimate, lean-body-mass estimate, water-intake reference, heart-rate zones, waist-to-height ratio, and walking or running pace.

Yes. Search, inputs, and formulas run on device. A network connection is not required to calculate. The app opens an external source website only if you tap its reference link.

No. Results are estimates, ratios, ranges, or general references. They are not diagnoses, measurements from a medical device, treatment plans, nutrition prescriptions, or proof that a result is appropriate for you. Every calculator shows the same informational disclaimer and its own limitations.

Each screen names its formula or guidance source. References include CDC, NIDDK, PubMed records for published equations, EFSA, the American Heart Association, NICE, and World Athletics. Source pages open only after you tap them and may change independently of MedBud.

Supported calculators accept familiar metric or imperial inputs and convert them for the formula. Pace supports kilometres and miles. Check the selected unit before calculating.

MedBud can save dated results for the selected member, show recent history, and let you remove individual entries. Histories summarize prior results; they do not measure clinical progress.

No. Medicine names, strengths, forms, amounts, times, and schedules come from you. MedBud creates notifications from those entries and does not recommend a medicine, dosage, interaction, course length, or treatment.

The water tool records drinks against a goal and can schedule reminders in your preferred window. The sleep tool records bedtime and wake time, calculates duration, keeps dated history, and can schedule bedtime or wake reminders. Neither tool diagnoses a condition.

No. Permissions, battery optimization, device restarts, time-zone changes, operating-system behavior, or app removal can delay or prevent notifications. Do not rely on MedBud as the only safeguard for a time-critical medicine or emergency action.

Add personal notes, categories, expiry information, reminders, and supported attachments to keep files organized. Records and medicine data use an encrypted local database. You control what you add, export, or delete.

Charts, averages, trends, goals, and summaries are calculated from the entries you saved. They are organizational views, not clinical monitoring or conclusions about improvement or decline.

Calculator searches, inputs, histories, personal profile values, reminders, records, documents, and wellness logs are not sent to the developer's server as part of normal local use. Optional purchases, ads, Drive backup, reference links, and font delivery have the limited network flows explained in the Privacy Policy.

A local export can package supported structured data and available attachments into an encrypted .medbud archive. Google Drive uses the private AppData area for supported record, reminder, profile, and attachment metadata. Drive backup currently excludes attachment bytes, water and sleep histories, calculator histories, the “Me” calculator-default profile, and some preferences.

App lock stores verification material rather than a readable PIN. When biometric unlock is enabled, the operating system reports whether authentication succeeded; MedBud does not access or store your fingerprint or face template.

No. A full-version offer may appear after setup, with its close control shown after a one-second presentation delay. You can dismiss it and enter the app. Selecting a locked feature can show the offer again.

Depending on the current app catalogue, full access can include all calculators, increased record capacity, Google Drive backup, biometric unlock, record reminders, and removal of ads. Available plans, prices, renewals, and purchase controls are shown by the app and Google Play.

Nothing. No purchase is offered on this platform, so every calculator, record allowance, backup option, reminder and unlock is available.

There is no advertising either.
